But of course sometimes things just happen, and we want you to know that we stand behind our products 100%. If, when you open the  package and you discover that something is not right please let us know within 5 days and we will determine how best to make it right!

We gratefully prepare & ship orders within 2-3 business days. For special orders or out of stock items, we start the process within 1-2 business days from the time they are ready to ship. Then, depending on your selected delivery option, your order should arrive 5-7 days after we ship it to you.
